Spiritual Tarot & Guidance ~ Transformation

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance ~ Transformation ~ 22nd ~ 28th February 2021

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance ~ Transformation ~ 22nd ~ 28th February 2021

The cards for this week are: The 2 of Swords, The Emperor, The 2 of Cups, The Hermit, Judgement & Spirit Keeper of the West.

Hello everyone as always I hope this weeks reading finds you safe and well!

The first of our cards for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading is The Spirit Keeper of the West from the Native Spirit Oracle Deck. This card represents the overarching energy surrounding us, and this weeks reading.

Through this card I feel the Spirit & Angelic realms are reminding us once again to be prepared and open to change, reminding us also once again that change is inevitable and that we should work with it and accept it rather than trying to fight it. We have all over the past year gone through and still are going through some major changes in our lives for example; personally, financially and emotionally.

However I feel the message that the Spirit & Angelic realms wish to bring to our notice through The Spirit Keeper of the North is of a more personal and internal one for us, and speaks of the transformation and growth we have all achieved personally, although it often goes unnoticed by ourselves and others. This growth both on a personal “human” level and on a spiritual one, has come about due to the upheaval that we have all endured over the past months. We are being reminded through this card that almost all change and all growth, almost always come out of turmoil.

The first of this weeks tarot cards is a card repeated from last weeks reading and is the 2 of Swords. The message again is also another timely reminder and fits well as the first card following the Spirit Keeper of the North. The 2 of Swords speaks of the need to make difficult decisions and weighing up all of our options carefully before making them. The Spirit Keeper of the North supports this beautifully as it’s message is also about TRUST in ourselves and us gathering and using our inner resources.

The 2 of Swords is also reminding us that at present we are all in a way “blindfolded” to some extent as it is difficult for us to make decisions when the road ahead is unclear. However I feel the message from these first two cards that the Spirit & Angelic realms wish to draw our attention to is that Sight is not the only sense or gift that we have. If we cannot see a way forward, we can always Trust Ourselves, The Spirit World and Angelic Realms to guide us and we can “Sense” our way forward.

Our second tarot card this week is a Major Arcana card and it is The Emperor. One of the messages that the Emperor brings forward in tarot is of a system bound by rules and regulations and of law and order created by applying rules, regulations, principles and guidelines to specific situations. Something we are all probably more aware at the moment than at any other time in our lives.

However the advice that the Emperor brings forward and I feel is the the advice that the Spirit & Angelic realms wish us to focus on is that we can create calm out of the chaos that surrounds by breaking it down into smaller parts and systematically working out the actions we need to take to resolve the challenges we face. And probably once again without us realising it the message of The Spirit Keeper of the North will ring true, Transformation and growth will have taken place once again!

Our Third and last card for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading is another Major Arcana card and is The Hermit.

The keywords that come to mind with The Hermit card are; Soul-searching, inner guidance and taking time out for ourselves. I personally always advocate this and it’s always there at the ending of my readings as a reminder to you all. We live in a fast paced, hectic, time consuming world. We live life at a far greater, unnatural pace than we are intended to do, and sadly often with dire consequences for some. It not only affects us physically and mentally but also spiritually.

The Spirit & Angelic realms through the Hermit card are also I feel reminding us of the importance of “taking some time out for ourselves”, taking a break from the mundane and sometimes intolerable stress and strain that we can sometimes be placed under. The keyword for this weeks message from the Spirit & Angelic realms and the overarching energy for the reading is “Transformation”. It is often during the times of introspection that our true recognition of ourselves and our own transformation is found and acknowledged, and also where the answers that often evade us to many of our otherwise unsolvable problems lie. I’m sure you have heard myself and other say “The answer you seek lies within”.

The Spirit & Angelic realms are guiding us to find clarity and understanding both of and in our life. We are faced with a multitude of challenges and decisions everyday. Through this weeks reading we are being asked to slow down, take the time necessary to make any important decisions, don’t rush. We are being guided to trust ourselves and our own intuition if the road ahead is not clear. Accept that change is inevitable, do not run away from it or try to avoid it, change is what brings about our own personal and spiritual, transformation and growth.

The whole world is going through a massive period of change and transformation and so are we as individuals on both a human and spiritual level. How we approach it is up to us. Do we fight it or accept it? That is a decision that each of us on an individual level will have to make.

“Transformation is an ongoing process that tends to appear ordinary, when, in fact, something extraordinary is taking place.”

I hope that this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading has helped and given you support in some way. The messages from the Spiritual & Angelic realms are always bought to you on an energy of love, compassion and understanding.

I will say it again as I always do, take some time out for yourself, It is allowed !”

Until next time…. please take care and stay safe.

Tarot card for this week – The Hermit

Some may think it strange that the spirit world would choose the Hermit card (one of the major Arcana cards) at times when there has been so much seclusion and separation of people across the world. But is it that strange?

This weeks Tarot Card is The Hermit (24th – 30th August 2020)

Some may think it strange that the spirit world would choose the Hermit card (one of the major Arcana cards) at a time when there has been so much seclusion and separation of people across the world. But is it that strange?

The Hermit card represents the need for us to go within, to find our true self and although we have had the times of separation from loved ones, for some seclusion, it has also been a time of stress, worry and confusion and for a great many people a time of losing themselves in all of the turmoil. Being separated from friends and loved ones, being alone, feeling lonely is not the same as what the Hermit card speaks of.

The Hermit is asking us to go within and connect with ourselves, our spirit, our “true self” where the real guidance and answers are. It is said that “the answer you seek is already within you”. To “connect” with our “true self” is something that some would say is all mumbo jumbo new age rubbish and just ridiculous.

Do you know how many times I have heard that? How many times I have met people who are petrified at the thought of doing it? Of going within and just spending some time in thought. If you think about it in simplistic terms, they fear the thought of having a little chat with themselves!

Some see the Hermit as the card of Intuition, Inner knowing, Inner guidance and really that is what it is. There is nothing realistically mysterious about it. I often end my readings on here with the words:

“Take some time out for yourself! It is allowed! “

In reality that is what the Hermit is asking of you. To take time out, have a breather, take some deep breaths and calm the mind. We all need periods of “Me time”, where we can take a breather and clear our head, slow down the mind and simply think more clearly, without someone wanting something of us or from us, without having to think for a short while of all the everyday problems that we often “drown in” mentally and emotionally.

We all have periods and times of confusion. As the saying goes “you can’t see the wood for the trees”, periods of time where everything is just running away from us and we can’t keep up. I call this “brain overload”, trying to think of, do and solve so may things and problems at once that you just go round in circles getting nowhere, or end up just patching up problems or situations that will only become a problem again.

The spiritual message of The Hermit is about “you”, your “true self”. Very often the hidden part of yourself that you keep from others and for some even from themselves. Some people go through life involving themselves in other peoples problems, only too pleased to help, because then they don’t have to face their own problems, their own true self or their own truths.

“the answer you seek is already within you”

It can take strength and courage to follow the path of the hermit, because at times of introspection, of going within, it means facing the part of us we do not want to, facing problems we do not want to see, those thing we have buried deep down and don’t want to face. Asking ourselves the questions we don’t want to ask.

But we all know in truth that the Hermit is within us, we all know we have ignored the inner guidance “our own thoughts” that we have just shrugged off and ignored because it’s easier that way, because that way we then get to do what we want rather than do what we should, about a person, situation or problem we have.

This week The Hermit is asking you to take some time out for thought, ask yourself (The Hermit) “what direction is my life actually going in?” Am I leading my life the way I want to or am I just following everyone else’s lead? Am I being true to the real me? These are just an example of many questions you could ask, Only you know the questions you need to ask. The path to the Hermit within you, is your own personal path.

Be brave, find some time and have a chat with your Hermit.

I will say it again as I always do, take some time out for yourself! It is allowed“!

Until next time…. please take care and stay safe.
