Spiritual Tarot & Guidance (23rd ~ 29th November 2020)

The cards for this week are: The Devil, The 8 of Pentacles, The King of Pentacles and The Tower

Hello everyone as always I hope this weeks reading finds you safe and well!

“Confront the dark parts of yourself, and work to banish them with illumination and forgiveness. Your willingness to wrestle with your demons will cause your angels to sing. Use the pain as fuel, as a reminder of your strength.”

~ August Wilson ~

The quote above signifies the arrival of the first card in the Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading for this week ~ The Devil.

The Devil card for those who are new to tarot can be quite an unsettling/unnerving site, but it isn’t as bad as it seems. It really speaks of the need, as the quote above says, to look at those parts of ourselves that we keep hidden, or that are buried in our subconscious mind. These are based on what we have been taught or have learned from others that don’t really serve us or have purpose in our lives.

The second card drawn as always with the help, support and guidance of the spirit world was ~ The 8 of Pentacles.

The 8 of Pentacles signifies the need to either learn new skills or build upon and master the skills that you may already have. It is the card of apprenticeship and mastery. It reminds us that we need to be both diligent and hardworking and apply ourselves FULLY to the tasks at hand.

The third card drawn for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading was ~ The King of Pentacles

So we have had The 8 of Pentacles and now coming along in support is The King of Pentacles. The King has achieved his success through hard work, diligence, application and self-belief. He represents what can be achieved by following the advice given in The 8 of Pentacles. He is asking you to maintain your self discipline and build up your self confidence. You are asked to look towards the future and plan with confidence, but keep the vison and the plans that you have, as simple and practical as you can.

Our last card for this week represents the overall energy for the week and is ~ The Tower

“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”

~ Socrates ~

The Tower card again is one of those cards that can be unsettling for some when it appears in a reading. And yes it can symbolise breakdown and destruction. But what we need to do, is accept that change is inevitable, and that there are going to be times when change does come along knocking at our door. Although we may not want it, we may want to try to stop it, there will ultimately be nothing that we can do about it, change WILL happen.

The best and least painful thing we can do for ourselves and for others that may be affected too, is to face what the Tower lays before us, face it head on. What ever change or destruction you may be experiencing, whether it be materialistically or personally, it is needed, however painful or disruptive it may be.

The overall energy of this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading is represented by the Tower and is not surprising considering the situation/s the world finds itself in at this moment in time, our very foundations are being shook to the ground. If you look at the image on the card, lightening really has struck us all in the form of Covid19 globally. But if things can fall apart so easily as they are, how strong were the foundations to start with?

Is not the significance of the Tower card this week, which represents breakdown in communication, destruction, a crumbling of foundations and CHANGE a strong message for us all?

The spirit world are reminding me of a part of their message from last week, which was “to let go of the negative patterns of thinking”. They speak of the need to re-asses ourselves, our lives and our lifestyles and be willing to change what needs to be changed (The Devil) and find the courage and strength to do so.

They again remind us through the 8 of Pentacles of the importance of the advice they have given over previous weeks, that is the need to see “everyone working together” to bring both “knowledge and skills together” to “look to the future together with a clear vision”. Not individuals working for just their own personal gain.

The King of Pentacles represents someone who has achieved his personal achievements and success. he has achieved this through hard work, clear thinking and careful planning, determination and self belief (8 of Pentacles). he has faced and overcome his inner fears and insecurities (The Devil) and built his life and success slowly and carefully. He has not attempted to do it alone, he has worked with others to gain his knowledge and skills to ensure that all he has built, is built on firm foundations. If he should face any Tower moment in his future, however painful it may be, he can face it with the confidence of knowing his foundations are strong and built to last.

The question is… If we want the life of the King of Pentacles are we willing to face the Tower head on and accept that it needs to take place both externally and internally? Are we willing to take on the role of the apprentice and listen to and follow the guidance that we are given, follow the rules, and work hard to achieve the end goal? Are we willing to face our own Devil, face our fears, clear out our negative thoughts and admit our weaknesses if only to ourselves and deal with them?

I feel that the message behind this weeks Spiritual Tarot and Guidance reading is two-fold. The spirit world are letting us know they are aware of the chaos, loss, destruction and confusion that is going on in our world right now, but at the same time they are also reminding us of the opportunity that we have to help one another, to rebuild and re-start our lives if we wish too, on a more stable, stronger foundation. And just as importantly the chance to grow, learn, understand and progress more on a spiritual level.

I hope that this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading has helped and given you support in some way. The messages from the Spiritual & Angelic realms are always bought to you on an energy of love, compassion and understanding.

I will say it again as I always do, take some time out for yourself, It is allowed !”

Until next time…. please take care and stay safe.

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 9th~15th November 2020

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 9th ~ 15th November 2020

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 9th~15th November 2020

This weeks cards are The 10 of Cups, The Magician, The 9 of Pentacles, Believe in Dreams.

Hello again everyone and as always, I hope this weeks message finds you safe and well.

The 10 of Cups was the first tarot card chosen, as always with the help of the spirit world. The 10 of Cups signifies families and friendships and I feel the guidance here from spirit is the need to look after those special connections. The current situations and restrictions that we still continue to face, have put a great strain on these connections for some. The spirit world ask me to remind you, that whilst we all have our individual families and friendships, in the eyes of the spirit world we are ALL one family.

The spirit world see us all as brothers and sisters, one family together. There are many things going on in the world right now causing disruptions, large divisions and sadly in some circumstances even leading to deaths. And I don’t just speak of the current pandemic. The 10 of cups also signifies love, the opening of the heart and harmony. This I feel is the spirit world reminding us that we all possess these qualities within us and that they shouldn’t be restricted to just immediate family and friends but shared and shown to all those that share this world with us.

The next Tarot card drawn was The Magician and the message here is that we all have hidden potential and skills that we need to create a successful life. Some of those skills may not be known to us, we may not realise we possess them, but they are there deep within us, all we have to do is search for and recognise them. We all have the power to create!

The 9 of Pentacles was the 3rd Tarot card drawn this week and I feel with this card the spirit world are reinforcing their message from the previous two cards. The 9 of Pentacles brings with it the message of satisfaction, both spiritual and material, of inner peace and success. But the message I’m being given here by spirit is about shared success, shared satisfaction and an inner peace shared by all.

Our final card this week is a message from the Angelic realms and is the card Believe in Dreams. Both the Angelic and Spiritual realms through this card are acknowledging that we all face hardships, obstacles and challenges when attempting to achieve our goals and they don’t want us to feel disheartened. They remind us that although we can achieve as individuals, the burden is less when shared and far greater results can be achieved from working together.

I feel that there is a strong message and reminder coming through from spirit this week, and that is a message of unity. They wish to remind us, that all of us, in their eyes are “One Family”. They know that each of us have our own individual agenda’s, dreams and ambitions. They know we all have our own path to walk, but this does not mean we have to do it alone. It does not mean we have to do it at the cost or suffering of someone else.

The spirit worlds message is for us all to unite as the one family we all really are. Care for each other, share the burdens that we face, use the individual skills and talents that we all possess, and all of us work together. This way we can all achieve the peace, both the inner and outer peace, that we all crave and deserve. We can celebrate our successes both individually and together, and achieve our dreams as one happy family, the way it was always intended to be.

It may sound like dream a world, but that is the way they live in the spirit world. We are all spirit living a human experience, so why can’t we live that way in our world too? In love, peace and harmony.

I will say it again as I always do, take some time out for yourself, It is allowed !”

Until next time…. please take care and stay safe.

Tarot card for this week ~ The Queen of Wands

This weeks Tarot Card is The Queen of Wands. Creativity, passion and determination are just some of the qualities expressed by The Queen of Wands. The card drawn today from the deck with the guidance of the spirit world.

This weeks Tarot Card is The Queen of Wands (7th ~ 13th September 2020)

I fill my world with an intense light that connects and incites passion

The Light Seers Tarot

Creativity, passion and determination are just some of the qualities expressed by The Queen of Wands. The card drawn today from the deck with the guidance of the spirit world.

The spirit worlds message with the Queen of Wands is to find the qualities within yourself possessed by the queen. She is both capable and fierce and boldly steps into all that she endeavour’s to do. When she enters a room all those who are present are aware she has arrived, her confidence shines the light that reaches out to everyone.

This week the spirit world are asking you through the Queen of Wands to find or re-new your self confidence. We all have taken knocks over the past months some more than others and for some, the year 2020 so far has been enough to destroy anyone’s self confidence. The spirit world are asking you to find yours again, rebuild and re-energise yourself.

Try to see the challenges that are being thrown at us as life’s lessons. For those who have lost much over the past months (and I know there are a great many who have), it’s a time to dig deep. We have all suffered loss in one way or another before, and we have overcome those losses. We have found the strength, our confidence, we have found that fierce fire in our belly and come through the challenge or loss that we faced, and once again allowed our light to shine, just like the Queen of Wands.

Don’t let anyone put you down and make you feel small, we were all created as equals and we all have both strengths and weaknesses, we all have creativity within us in some form or another. When faced with adversity its difficult to find a “smile”, to laugh and see the funny side of life, to find compassion and think of and share with others. But this is the energy of the Queen of Swords that spirit are asking us to dig deep and find within us.

It’s not easy, don’t be hard on yourself as the saying goes “If at first you don’t succeed try, try, and try again”

Decide exactly what you want in every area of your life; You can’t hit a target that you can’t see.

I will say it again as I always do, take some time out for yourself! It is allowed“!

Until next time…. please take care and stay safe.

Tarot card for this week – The Hermit

Some may think it strange that the spirit world would choose the Hermit card (one of the major Arcana cards) at times when there has been so much seclusion and separation of people across the world. But is it that strange?

This weeks Tarot Card is The Hermit (24th – 30th August 2020)

Some may think it strange that the spirit world would choose the Hermit card (one of the major Arcana cards) at a time when there has been so much seclusion and separation of people across the world. But is it that strange?

The Hermit card represents the need for us to go within, to find our true self and although we have had the times of separation from loved ones, for some seclusion, it has also been a time of stress, worry and confusion and for a great many people a time of losing themselves in all of the turmoil. Being separated from friends and loved ones, being alone, feeling lonely is not the same as what the Hermit card speaks of.

The Hermit is asking us to go within and connect with ourselves, our spirit, our “true self” where the real guidance and answers are. It is said that “the answer you seek is already within you”. To “connect” with our “true self” is something that some would say is all mumbo jumbo new age rubbish and just ridiculous.

Do you know how many times I have heard that? How many times I have met people who are petrified at the thought of doing it? Of going within and just spending some time in thought. If you think about it in simplistic terms, they fear the thought of having a little chat with themselves!

Some see the Hermit as the card of Intuition, Inner knowing, Inner guidance and really that is what it is. There is nothing realistically mysterious about it. I often end my readings on here with the words:

“Take some time out for yourself! It is allowed! “

SR

In reality that is what the Hermit is asking of you. To take time out, have a breather, take some deep breaths and calm the mind. We all need periods of “Me time”, where we can take a breather and clear our head, slow down the mind and simply think more clearly, without someone wanting something of us or from us, without having to think for a short while of all the everyday problems that we often “drown in” mentally and emotionally.

We all have periods and times of confusion. As the saying goes “you can’t see the wood for the trees”, periods of time where everything is just running away from us and we can’t keep up. I call this “brain overload”, trying to think of, do and solve so may things and problems at once that you just go round in circles getting nowhere, or end up just patching up problems or situations that will only become a problem again.

The spiritual message of The Hermit is about “you”, your “true self”. Very often the hidden part of yourself that you keep from others and for some even from themselves. Some people go through life involving themselves in other peoples problems, only too pleased to help, because then they don’t have to face their own problems, their own true self or their own truths.

“the answer you seek is already within you”

It can take strength and courage to follow the path of the hermit, because at times of introspection, of going within, it means facing the part of us we do not want to, facing problems we do not want to see, those thing we have buried deep down and don’t want to face. Asking ourselves the questions we don’t want to ask.

But we all know in truth that the Hermit is within us, we all know we have ignored the inner guidance “our own thoughts” that we have just shrugged off and ignored because it’s easier that way, because that way we then get to do what we want rather than do what we should, about a person, situation or problem we have.

This week The Hermit is asking you to take some time out for thought, ask yourself (The Hermit) “what direction is my life actually going in?” Am I leading my life the way I want to or am I just following everyone else’s lead? Am I being true to the real me? These are just an example of many questions you could ask, Only you know the questions you need to ask. The path to the Hermit within you, is your own personal path.

Be brave, find some time and have a chat with your Hermit.

I will say it again as I always do, take some time out for yourself! It is allowed“!

Until next time…. please take care and stay safe.
