Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 25th ~ 31st January 2021

The cards for this week are: Death, The Hierophant, The Empress, Love & The Cave

Hello everyone as always I hope this weeks reading finds you safe and well!

Those of you who have read last weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance Reading and read my weekly readings on a regular basis will have noticed that YES we have two cards from last weeks reading appearing again this week, even though they were drawn from a different deck. And you will also know that this isn’t the first time that this has happened. As I don’t believe in coincidences, but in synchronicities I feel that both the spirit and angelic realms feel that there is a necessity again to repeat a part of their message.

The Death Card and The Hierophant were the two cards repeated from last weeks message.

The first card was the Death card so therefore it’s meaning remains the same: The more positive and spiritual meaning behind the Death card is one of endings and new beginnings. For change to happen something must come to an end. Change is something that is inevitable whether we choose to ignore it or try to avoid it, it will happen, it is the way we both learn and grow and it is something that we need to embrace and not fear. This I feel is the message that the spiritual and angelic realms are sending us through this card.

What I like about the image from this weeks deck as opposed to the Rider Waite image is that you can see the light of the new energy and possibility of change emerging. If you look at the image where the face of death should be you will see the light of change and re-birth and also there is the symbol of infinity, the continuity of life, between the title of the card.

The second card repeated from last weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance Reading was The Hierophant and so therefore it’s meaning also remains the same: The Hierophant is sometimes known in tarot as the spiritual teacher.

His appearance in a reading can suggest that we are sticking to tried and trusted ways of doing things because it’s the way it’s always been done or maybe we stick rigidly to our beliefs because it is the way we have been taught or guided to in the past. For example staying in a job, a career or a relationship because it’s what our parents, friends or other peer’s wanted for us or we feel that it is what is expected of us, even though we are not happy.

Our third card in this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance Reading is The Empress. One of the meanings behind The Empress in tarot is motherhood so for some of you it may mean a pregnancy, or hearing of a new birth. You can see from the image on the card that the Empress is pregnant but what she is giving birth to is a New World, New Beginnings and New Possibilities.

The first of our two oracle cards this week which are chosen as a guide to provide us with the overarching energy of each weeks reading, was the card of Love. I personally “Love” the imagery of the two hands reaching out towards each other through the heart on this card and it could not be more topical under the present circumstances in which we all find ourselves at present. Also the green colour psychically and spiritually to me signifies healing, something the whole world and our planet need greatly at the moment. It is also the colour of our fourth chakra or heart centre.

Our last card for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance Reading was the Cave. The Cave card signifies as the card says a Sanctuary, a place of safety, somewhere to withdraw to. I feel that the message here from the spirit and angelic realms is not so much of a physical place, but a symbolic place/space to withdraw to within ourselves to find both inner peace and peace of mind.

The messages that I pass on to you from the spirit and angelic realms each week through the cards, are messages both for me and you. They are not based on a personal reading but are a spiritually based reading with messages from the spirit and angelic realms to let us know that they are aware of all that is happening in our physical world and to guide us and help us to grow, learn and develop spiritually.

It is not surprising, as I have said before, that some of the messages they give us can seem repetitive at times. One question I am guided by spirit to ask here is “how many times must a person experience the same experience before learning the lesson?”

The whole world at the moment is in some form of “Lockdown” however it does not mean, as is the case for some, that we as an individual have to go into lockdown on a personal level. It does not mean that we have to stop growing and learning as individuals. Everything we encounter good or bad along our pathway has a lesson attached to it.

The Death card reminds us that change is inevitable as much as we try to avoid it at times, it is inevitable and we must LEARN to accept it, embrace it, LEARN from it and move forward along our own individual path. You see lessons again!

The Hierophant again in support of the Death card is reminding us that we need to change the way we view situations, to not get stuck in a rut, to be open to new ways of thinking, to accept that our own beliefs and belief systems may need to change in order for us to move forward with our earthly life and grow spiritually. Yes lessons again!

We then have our final tarot card for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance Reading The Empress. The Empress as I said earlier is the symbol of motherhood. However I feel the mothering here that the spirit and angelic realms wish to bring to our attention is one of nurturing, of loving and giving, not just to others but to ourselves. She also represents new beginnings and new possibilities.

As the image portrays and the message through the Empress is trying to tell us there is the possibility of creating a whole new world, a new life for ourselves and a new way of living. Some may say that it is not possible or that it is just wishful thinking. And for those who refuse to take the advice from spirit and the message they have given through the Death Card and Hierophant it may be and indeed seem that way. But have they learned from their own experiences or advice given? Is it again lessons that have not been learned or understood?

Our final two cards this week repeat some of the message of the past weeks and again support this weeks reading. The cards we have been given are the card of Love and Compassion and The Cave/Sanctuary.

I am aware of and feel as the spirit and angelic realms do, of the growing unease, desperation and frustration that is building across the world due to the current pandemic and other disasters whether man made or natural that are occurring worldwide.

This is why I feel we have been given in this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance Reading the Love card with its beautiful imagery of those hands reaching out through the heart surrounded with healing energy. We need to remember here an important and difficult lesson, (YES another lesson) and that is that despite all that is happening and we are experiencing, our thoughts help create our reality and that thoughts and energy are real.

Our thoughts affect our feelings and our feelings affect our reality. so what we feel in our hearts is what we send out into the world. We need to ensure that those thoughts are like the Empress, Loving and Nurturing. If we can all do this then that is the energy that we will receive in return, we will all benefit from it including mother earth herself.

To help with this we were given the Cave/Sanctuary card. I feel that this is a a message from the spirit and angelic realms once again to “go within”, and as I always say “take some time out for yourself”. Whether it be in a physical space or one you create in your own minds eye, it is a space where just like the Empress you can nurture yourself and your spirit.

A place where you can question your beliefs, your way of thinking and look at where you can make changes in your life and make plans for your future. A place where you can accept that the world is changing and that we need to accept those changes, make any necessary changes and learn and grow from them. Yes Lessons again!

“At times you have to leave the city of your comfort zone and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you’ll discover will be wonderful. What you’ll discover is yourself “.

Alan Alda

I hope that this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading has helped and given you support in some way. The messages from the Spiritual & Angelic realms are always bought to you on an energy of love, compassion and understanding.

I will say it again as I always do, take some time out for yourself, It is allowed !”

Until next time…. please take care and stay safe.

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 4th ~ 10th January 2021

The cards for this week are: The 7 of Wands, The Queen of Pentacles, The 2 of Wands, Lotus Flower and Rest & Rejuvenate

Hello everyone as always I hope this weeks reading finds you safe and well!

May I take the opportunity of wishing you all a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year!

The first card chosen for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading is the 7 of Wands which speaks of the daily struggles that we are all enduring and I don’t just mean the financial, mental, physical and emotional struggles. I’m asked by the spirt world to also speak of the challenges we face daily with the constant bombardment of information, misinformation and conspiracy theories. All of them competing for our attention and attempting to convince us that their truth is the real truth. They remind us that we have the inner strength of our own spirit to guide us, help us stay in control of our thoughts and to live our lives by our own inner truths.

This I feel is why the Spirit and Angelic Realms gave us the 2 of Wands. They are guiding us and asking us to not rush, jump in and accept any of the information we may receive as being true and correct. They wish us to take a step back and go within. They are guiding us to take some time out, to absorb the information we have received and ask ourselves “does this feel right”. Remember your own spirit is contained within your physical body and will never lie to you or misguide you.

It can be a difficult spiritual test to trust and have faith in our own intuition. Just like the image of the 7 of wands, we can end up fighting not only external battles but also our own internal battles in our search for truth. However through the 2 of Wands the Spirit world are reminding us that we have within us the courage to do so, which will allow us to move forward and walk our true life path.

The third tarot card chosen for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading was the Queen of Pentacles. She represents someone who is hard working and can also represent in the general meaning of tarot, a working parent tasked with providing for their family. But I feel the message that the spirit world wants to bring our attention to here are her nurturing, supportive and caring qualities, because these are also some of the qualities that the Queen of Pentacles possesses.

The Queen of Pentacles although hardworking and dealing with the complexities of daily life also finds time for those she loves, she shows them love, gives generous cuddles and strives to find balance between her worldly concerns and her personal life. This is what I feel the spirit world wishes to highlight, the need for us all to find our own balance between the external worldly pressures and stresses that we face and our own personal relationships. They want us to think independently, and not let exterior forces interfere in our relationships with others or our home and family life.

The first of our two Oracle cards which represent the overall energy of this weeks reading is Rest and Rejuvenate. Now I have noted the response that a lot of people give recently when the subject of taking time out for ourselves arises. Their response often is “well with all the Covid 19 restrictions at the moment I have nothing but time on my hands”.

But taking time out to rest and rejuvenate is not about allowing ourselves to become depressed and stressed. It’s not about allowing our thoughts to focus on all the things we cannot do at present, or places we cannot go or people we cannot see. It is about focusing our minds, Physically and Mentally and letting go of worldly, daily struggles and pressures and just being with YOU!

This is why I feel the Spirit and Angelic realms chose the final card for this weeks Spiritual & Guidance reading which was the Lotus Flower. This amazing and beautiful flower despite having it’s roots stuck in the muck and mud at the bottom of the water, can still thrive and produce a beautiful flower. At the end of each day it folds it’s flower and sinks below the water to rest and rejuvenate. When daylight breaks it rises again to bloom and show it’s beautiful flower once more. Showing the true benefits of rest and rejuvenation.

“As a lotus flower is born in water, grows in water and rises out of water to stand above it unsoiled, so I, born in the world, raised in the world having overcome the world, live unsoiled by the world.”

Buddha

The overall message I feel behind this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading that the spirit and angelic realms wish to bring to us, at the beginning of our earthly New Year is for each of us to walk our own individual path. However we do not need to do this at the expense of others, we can still walk our own individual path in life and still work for the collective good of all.

In fact the more true to ourselves we are, the happier and more content we become, the more love we have to give. As a result our relationships with others will flourish more. Lets face it… if there is one thing this world definitely needs more of it is love.

The spirit world also want us to spend more time with ourselves and our own individual thoughts, our own intuitive self. They ask us to stay true to ourselves, to our own spirit within and not be distracted by all the external forces and information we are being constantly bombarded with. Information taken and used for personal gratification or personal gain is not working for the collective good of all. They wish us to use, be guided by and trust our own intuition to help us sift through the muck and mud we are surrounded by just like the Lotus Flower so that we can continue to blossom and grow personally and spiritually.

They wish us to nurture ourselves as well as others, to love ourselves as well as others. If we can’t give a hug to someone as the Queen of Pentacles would do because of Covid 19 restrictions, then give yourself a big loving hug and send it to them through thought. Remember thoughts are pure energy and can travel and you both get to receive a much needed hug and some love .

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 28th December 2020 ~ 3rd January 2021

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 28th December 2020 ~ 3rd January 2021

The cards for this week are: The Wheel of Fortune, 6 of Swords, The High Priestess, Truth & The Island.

Hello everyone as always I hope this weeks reading finds you safe and well!

Our first card for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance Reading is The Wheel of Fortune. Some of the meanings behind this card when it appears include Good Luck, Destiny, Life Cycles. Karma and a turning point.

The Second card for this weeks reading is the 6 of Swords. This card represents periods of Transition, The need to release old baggage and upcoming change.

Our 3rd card for this weeks Spiritual Tarot and Guidance Reading was the High Priestess. The High Priestess represents Intuition, knowledge and the subconscious mind.

Our two Oracle cards for this weeks reading are Truth and The Island (Solitude).

I feel that the message from the spirit and angelic realms in this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading is about us as individuals and how we approach our earthly life itself. It’s a message about self-love, compassion, self-belief, in essence it is about us.

The Wheel of Fortune is about CHANGE and you don’t need me, the spirit world or the angelic realms to tell you that right now, at this moment in time we are all facing change, the world over. Change is something that a great many people fear, it is one of their worst nightmares because they are creatures of habit. They like to be in full control and when change comes along, their lives and routines are upset, they have no idea what the change may involve, they panic because they are no longer in control. So for those who cling to stability, the Wheel of Fortunes arrival can be a big shock to the system.

The other name sometimes given to the Wheel of Fortune is The Wheel of Karma because it can represent and remind us of the saying “what goes around, comes around”. I feel that this is the emphasis that the spirit world are placing on this card for this reading. They know that the whole world is facing constant change at the moment. All of us are wandering where we are heading? what is going to happen? when will all this come to an end?

A lot of people are turning against one another, families, partners, friends colleagues, they are becoming frustrated and fearful. The Spirit World are aware of this and reminding us through the Wheel of Fortune that if you are hateful, hurtful or nasty to someone, then that is what you will get in return. If you are loving, kind, compassionate and understanding then that is also what you will receive in return.

“In this earth, in this soil, in this pure field let’s not plant any seed other than seeds of compassion and love.”

Rumi

During this upheaval it is very easy for us to lose sight of our roots of who we really are and to give up on our plans for the future. It’s difficult to see a way through if you have lost someone you love, lost your job or your business. The Spirit World are asking you through the 6 of Swords to just take a step back from your past, your immediate problems and dare to look forward to your future.

Yes there may be times the spirit world are saying when it’s hard to see a way though, to see any potential for the future. There may be need for tough decisions and compromise, but if you are willing to leave behind what no longer serves you, to shed what you no longer need, including outdated beliefs and habits, you can move forward away from what was…. to what can be!

To help us with this process the spirit and angelic realms then gave us The High Priestess. They are reminding us through her to trust our intuition, our gut instincts and not get caught up in negative habits or negative thinking. They remind us through her that the answers that allude us during periods of panic, desperation, fear and depression are there within us if we can just calm and quieten our minds and listen to ourselves and allow our intuition to flow.

In support of the High Priestess they then gave us two Oracle Cards they are Truth and The Island. The Island card also bears the words Solitude. As the High Priestess tells us, the truth and the answers that we search for are within us. These can be found during periods of Solitude. The Island card is supporting her in this message.

The Truth card can symbolise a wake up call, the call that the whole world, all of us have received during 2020. It is a sign that the way we do things needs to change, our thinking needs to change. During these changes we are all receiving lessons, we need to recognise and accept those lessons, we need to learn from those lessons as The Wheel of Fortune turns if we are to create the positive future that we desire.

To do this we need to listen to ourselves and this is where the Island card comes in to support not just the High Priestess, but all of the other cards in this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading. If you look at the card you can see just one solitary tree alone in what is relative darkness. But the tree is illuminated by a beam of light and it is in full bloom. The tree you could say is in isolation just as we have been, and in some cases still are, and may well be again in the future.

We are reminded by the tree that if we use that time of isolation in a positive way, look at those periods of isolation as solitude, as an opportunity to go within and be with just ourselves, away from the fear, worry and negatives energies so rife throughout the world right now. We can then regenerate ourselves, re-charge and cleanse ourselves. We can use the time to take the message from the 6 of Swords and take stock of and sort out our lives, find our own Truth and our own true self again. We can then be better prepared for whatever the turn of the Wheel of Fortune brings and blossom in our own light… Just like The Tree.

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 21st ~ 27th December 2020

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 21st ~ 27th December 2020

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 21st ~ 27th December 2020

The cards for this week are: The Knight of Cups, 7 of Wands, Knight of Pentacles, Fire, Conflict & Defeat.

Hello everyone as always I hope this weeks reading finds you safe and well!

May I take this opportunity to wish you all a happy, loving and caring Christmas. I know this Christmas is going to be very different to the ones that we have become accustomed to, but we can all still choose to approach this Christmas from it’s true spiritual meaning. That is being more Loving, Compassionate and Caring towards one another.

The first card drawn for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading is the Knight of Cups. The Knight of Cups in the general meaning of Tarot is the true romantic however I feel it his other qualities that the spirit and angelic realms are drawing our attention to. The Knight of Cups is in touch with his emotions and Intuition and is also kind and caring towards others. I feel spirit are drawing our attention to his other qualities too. The Knight of Cups when he makes decisions does so from the heart, he uses his intuition, how he “feels” about a situation rather than just what he “thinks” about it.

Our second card is the 7 of Wands. As you can see from the image he is in a position where he is having to stand his ground, defending both his achievement and beliefs. Sadly in this world there is always conflict that is often caused by the differences of peoples beliefs. What maybe true to one person is not always true for another. There are a great many people who make decisions and take action on what they “think” is right based on the information they have been given, often ruled by their head, rather than using the gift of intuition like the Knight of Cups and asking themselves “does it feel right”.

The third card in this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading is another Knight, The Knight of Pentacles. This Knight is someone who is hardworking, he decides carefully on his plan of action after considering all of the options open to him. He has his vision in mind of what he wants to achieve. he is meticulous in his approach checking every detail and sticks relentlessly to his path.

Our first of the two Oracle cards for this week is the card of Fire. If you look at the word underneath it says Passion, we often describe passion as “being on fire” having a “creative spark”. Sadly some have lost this, more so over the past year of 2020. Some quite understandably have lost their spark and fire, their passion all together, others have just fallen in line confused by all the information and misinformation that they have been bombarded with and just followed the crowd, pushed aside their own feelings, their own intuition and chosen to “fit in” rather than stand for what they “feel” is right.

Our last card for this weeks Spiritual Tarot and Guidance reading is Conflict and Defeat. This card again chosen, as all the cards are, with help and guidance from the spirit and angelic realms and it fits nicely alongside the card of Fire and all the other cards in this weeks reading. The Conflict and Defeat card represents learning and change and how we respond to the changes. The need to show sensitivity towards people and the conditions and situations that surround us. In the deck this card is from it is one of the “Mental” cards, so again signifies the use of using thought alone, rather than sensitivity and our Intuitive abilities.

So what is the message from the Spirit and the Angelic Realms for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading?

I feel their message this week is that there is a real need for more love, sensitivity, compassion, and understanding in the world. We are fast approaching a time of celebration that symbolises and represents those very qualities. In fact this weeks reading covers that very period. With all the restrictions that have been placed on our lives over the past year, I feel that the spirit and angelic realms are asking for us to put our differences aside whatever our political views or other beliefs may be.

They are asking us to adopt the qualities of the Knight of Cups, to get in touch with our emotions, our intuition and be more kind and caring towards one another. We can then avoid the need to place ourselves or anyone in the situation of the 7 of Wands. We can then if we choose to follow their guidance adopt the qualities of the Knight of Pentacles and the Fire card and choose to approach the Festive Season with careful planning and clear vision, passion, spark and creativity whilst keeping in mind the various restrictions and rules that are in place

In doing this we will also be taking on board the message behind the card of Conflict and Defeat. We will be learning to respond creatively to the constant changes and conditions that surround us with intuition and feeling rather than just acting on thought and impulse alone.

The energy and feeling that I have received from the Spirit and Angelic realms throughout this reading is one of the urgent need for more LOVE, SUPPORT, COMPASSION, UNDERSTANDING and UNITY across the world, and not just for the festive period we call Christmas.

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 14th ~ 20th December 2020

The cards for this week are: The 8 of Swords, The 9 of Pentacles, 2 of Swords, Temperance, Song of the Wild, Fairies & Vulnerability.

Hello everyone as always I hope this weeks reading finds you safe and well!

This weeks reading has been a bit of a challenge to bring to you. I’ve had technical issues with the website which meant it crashed for a while, and also some personal issues to sort out. However I didn’t want to let you, or the Spirit and Angelic Realms down. So here is your Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading for this week.

The first cards drawn this week were the 9 of Pentacles and The 2 of Swords. The message here from the Spirit & Angelic realms I feel, is that they are asking us to guard against giving away our “personal power” and to keep moving forward with our goals and ambitions. For some of us we may be at a cross roads in our lives and wondering which path to take, what decisions to make, and weighing up those decisions as to what is the right or wrong thing to do. The Important issue here is that we make the decisions for ourselves, that we do what “feels” right to us.

When we come to making choices and decisions in our life there are always people who mean well and try to help. But there are also those that seek to hinder and misguide us for their own personal gain. The message again here form spirit through the 9 of Pentacles is to retain our own personal power, do not give it away to others regardless of what they may say or do. Your achievements in life, your progress along your pathway are yours and yours alone. Be proud of what you have achieved and keep moving forward.

Our next card in this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading has now appeared for the last 3 weekly readings, The Temperance Card. Once again through this card we are being reminded by the Spirit and Angelic realms of the need for balance in our lives. They are asking us to look again at ourselves and our lifestyles, and where there is need to let go of the thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve us, and of any bad habits or behaviours that we need to release, to help us create a healthier lifestyle for ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Through the next 2 cards Song of the Wild and Fairies we are being reminded of the need to be prepared to take some risks and step out of our comfort zones, even if we feel hesitant to do so. That we shouldn’t be held back by what are really our own self limitations. The Spirit and Angelic realms then gave us the Fairies card to help us and support us in this .

Life itself as we grow older conditions us into what we believe is possible and what is impossible. This can happen either by peer pressure or the general pressures and restrictions life imposes upon us as we grow older. We lose the ability to let our minds wonder, to believe that the impossible can be possible, we are taught to believe only in what we can see or what we can touch. We are discouraged from using our active imagination as we did freely as a child for fear of being scorned.

Are Fairies real? Do they exist? They do if you choose to believe, Just like God, The Spirit World, The Angelic Realms… the choice and freedom to believe or not is yours and yours alone.

Through the Fairies card we are being asked us to remember the benefits of nature and mother earth herself, it’s restorative properties and qualities, and also our need to appreciate and protect it. Whenever we feel lost, despondent, troubled, stressed or depressed, a walk out into nature is a magical way to re-centre and re-energise ourselves. Mother Nature is a great healer and the Fairies if you believe are the ones who help look after her. Either way we face a real chance of losing this magical wonder if we don’t start giving her the respect and attention she deserves.

The message in this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading I feel is about BELIEF. Belief in ourselves, belief in the unseen worlds, belief in what we deem to see as impossible. Belief in our own abilities and how they can be crushed by others if we allow them to take away our personal power. The world is full of un-truths, half-truths and mis-information. The real truth however is always inside us, our own spirit within us knows it and can guide us to that truth it if we allow it too.

To do this we need to try to calm our thoughts, to take some time out for ourselves and what better way to do it than a walk out in nature, even if it’s only a little time in our own back garden. If you can’t do this try meditating, just spending time reading a book or thinking of more peaceful happier times in your life, these are forms of meditation too. But try to remember those thoughts as happy events and not feel remorseful in any way. They are happy events you are remembering, times of celebration in your life not sad ones.

This will help us think more clearly and find the answers to our problems that normally our busy, hectic minds struggle to do, because we are lost in our thoughts of day to day struggles. It will help us to take a look at ourselves and any changes we need to make in our lives either physically, mentally or emotionally. Spending time with “YOU”, without the addition of other peoples opinions can help us to regain our self-belief, to claim back and restore our own personal power, to decide with the help of our intuition what is true and right for “YOU”.

There are a lot of restrictions places upon us in normal day to day life, but more so in the current situation the world finds itself in at the moment. But it is up to us as individuals how we approach each situation. We can think negatively and give away our personal power or positively and keep and regain it. This is why I believe the Temperance card keeps appearing so frequently in the weekly readings. Spirit and the Angelic realms keep emphasising the need for us all to find our balance, not just in our day to day lives, but also from within.

The final card in this weeks reading was one I had drawn for myself before preparing for your reading. However after drawing it I felt it should be shared as an additional message for you all too. It is the card of Vulnerability.

We are all feeling this to some extent at the moment with the constant changes and restrictions that are being applied to our lives. The constant information and mis-information that is on the news, in the newspapers and throughout social media. It is difficult for us to discern what is true and what is not, which is why I feel its message fits well with this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading. The message on the card needs no explanation from me, it speaks for itself and I will add it below:

“This is confirmation that you’re seeking to tread into the unknown, unfamiliar territory, where decisions are based more on intuition than rationality. Don’t let fear hold you back or allow a misguided sense that feeling vulnerable is somehow a negative condition”
