Exploring the Past ~ Past Life Regression

Exploring the Past ~ Past Life Regression. I will never forget my first past life regression.

I will never forget my first past life regression.

I had been searching for spiritual meaning for quite some time, what the church was teaching just didn’t seem to answer all my questions, there seemed to be something missing, it wasn’t that I didn’t believe church doctrine, but there had to be more.

I had been sensing that there was really life after death, not the life most of us had bought into, but a real life on real planet earth, I had seen visions of my living in a different time and place, a time before the twentieth century.

It was time to investigate.

As I read the local paper one evening, I came upon an ad a local hypnotist had placed, the ad said he could cure smoking with hypnotism, my interest was peaked. I had read how people had undergone hypnosis and recalled lives they led in a time before this one.

This was new uncharted territory and it took some time before I mustered up the courage to call him.

Finally, I decided I could delay it no longer, this was something I had to do, regardless of the outcome.

My wife and I had been having some marital issues, and I thought that perhaps I could find answers that would help solve the issues we were having.

Talking with Tom, he stated he had only done three past life sessions, that didn’t peak my confidence any, but decided to do it anyway, what did I have to lose?

The session went quite well, I regressed to two lifetimes I sensed having lived. One was in ancient Egypt and one lifetime was during th American Revolution.

After overcoming my initial shock of the reality of it all, I began to realize that is was the only thing that ever made sense to me, it answered all the questions I had about why people do and think the things they do and think.

If people carry these memories over from lifetime to lifetime, I could understand why we feel about certain people the way we do. If we remember how we related to people in the past and how they related to us, that would explain many of our relationships today.

It wold also help us understand people of different ethnic and sexual preferences, if we realized at some period, we may have lived as a different gender, race, or sexual orientation, it wold be hard to have any ill feelings toward those people today.

Past Life

I couldn’t wait to share what I had learned, I thought many people would be overjoyed at this new knowledge.

Boy, was I wrong, my wife thought I had finally gone off the deep end and needed psychiatric help, a couple of the friends I had shared what I was planning on doing never believed a word of what I said.

Man! What a let down. How I could I be so thrilled at what I discovered, the truth I had been seeking when everyone else was not only not interested but couldn’t comprehend anything I had experienced, and didn’t seem to care?

It didn’t deter me, I keep studying and learning, and over the years I have for the most part encountered the same response from those I have shared the knowledge with.

Most people are stuck in their own little box, regardless of how open minded they proclaim to be, there are certain boundaries they won’t cross.

I have discovered the knowledge we acquire, especially in this field of past life, is for our own spiritual growth and in many times no one else. They are on their own path and they will learn in their own time.

I have traversed the globe in search of truth, my truth, during which time I have had an opportunity to study with Aborigine elders, native American Indians, and some of the world’s finest intuitives. All of this has lead me to better understand our world and all things therein contained.

I have created a website to share some of my adventures and knowledge as I see it.

Riding the storm of life ~ Inner Peace

Inner peace is all about coping. If the unpleasant and painful memories remain too long with us, we will not make the transition that we are called to make from restless non-acceptance to quiet acceptance.

Riding the storm of life ~ Inner Peace

We do not have to go to the foot of the Himalayas to attain inner peace. We also do not need to renounce everything before attaining quietude. Instead, we can live day to day in inner quietude. If we look at all of life’s experiences and their disturbing content with inner eyes, the disturbances we undergo will remain at the periphery. Deep down there will be an emotional quiet.

Inner peace is all about coping. If the unpleasant and painful memories remain too long with us, we will not make the transition that we are called to make from restless non-acceptance to quiet acceptance.

We are in a win-win situation when we accept the challenge of living, discriminating how far we should go along a certain track, who we should relate to in more intimate terms and those we need to distance because their values are so desperate from our own.

If we are self-sacrificing and wise, we will remain calm and tranquil despite the provocations we face. We do not avoid difficult people and circumstances, but learn to deal with them by distancing ourselves from them and building on relationships that bring happiness.

Withdrawal is an option but it would lead to disengagement and non-involvement and that does not bring required results. The inner peace we crave comes after traversing a long passage. Learning with experience, we begin to take things in our stride. It’s not all that easy, though.

There are many ways to cultivate and build on inner peace. We could set some time aside daily for prayer and meditation. Disproportionate understanding can blow up the way we perceive things. We could spend quiet time in the garden, in silent communication with plants and trees. We endure life’s storms and learn to absorb its shocks and we find that we are, in fact, in the midst of all these circumstances, communing with God, a tangible presence in our lives.

Coping is not just reactive, it’s proactive too. We pick up the mantle thrown to us and practice patience, detachment, endurance, serenity and acceptance of all that comes our way. To overcome obstacles and difficulties we need to develop coping skills that encompass mental and spiritual needs.

The only difference between the wise and the foolish is that the wise learn to cope with reality and transform it and the foolish get swept away by the ups and downs of life.

Life is uncertain; it is unpredictable. It is also unfair, it seems. But in learning to cope with all the ups and downs of life, we begin to live a full life.

There is the parable of the wise man in the gospels who built his house on rock. It withstood all the rains and storms. On the other hand, the man who built his house on sand watched his house get destroyed in the rain and storm. Hence, we need to cultivate rock-like resilience and welcome attributes that will help us to cope. The reward of inner strength is inner peace. Right here, in your living room, your workplace in your family will find inner peace. We do not have to look too far.

Once we learn to cope, the going will be easier and there will be no need to hide our real selves. We will be able to stand up and meet life on our own terms. And experience the fulfilment of a pilgrimage well weathered.

Weekly Tarot & Guidance from Spirit

This weeks cards: The 4 of Cups, The Ace of Wands, Strength and Cleanse (19th ~ 25th October 2020)

Hello everyone and as always, I hope this weeks message finds you safe and well. The cards in the weekly readings appear to be growing in number each week. As you are aware it’s the cards that jump out that I use to channel the message and bring through the guidance from spirit each week. I had planned to put this reading together tomorrow (Sunday 18/10/2020) However it seems spirit had other plans, as I felt it had to be done today. But why? Shall we see if we can find out?

Well first off doesn’t the young lady depicted in the 4 of Cups look really down, dejected and fed up or maybe confused, lost, frustrated and doesn’t know which way to turn. What do you think she feels? I know that there are millions of us going through a mix of these emotions right now.

Next we have the Ace of Wands who signifies new ideas, sparks of inspiration and through this card we are reminded that all things, and all of us are connected, and that we all have the ability to manifest our truest desires.

The Ace of Wands is followed by the Strength card but I am reminded now by spirit to point out that for the purpose of this reading, that it is a calm quiet strength, a spiritual compassionate strength that they are trying to bring out in us. I was also led by them to pick up the guidebook for this deck (which I rarely use) and found this quotation. I believe a message and reminder from them to us:

I deliberately bring my compassion and strength forward, and I use them for good

The Light Seer’s Tarot

Now the last card is an Oracle card and I have included it in this weeks reading, but it wasn’t at first intended, as it fell from the pack as I was putting them away! Those who know me, know that I don’t believe in coincidence’s, I believe in synchronicity, so into the reading it goes.

The card that fell out was ~ Cleanse ~ and I believe it fits well with this weeks message, Hopefully you can read the text from the image, but for those who can’t it reads as follows:

Your body, mind and soul are urging you to take time out for some much needed cleansing. Just as you wash your car, clean the house, or tidy your office, your body also needs care and attention. It’s time for some spiritual, emotional and physical cleansing!

The Spirit Messages Daily Guidance Oracle Deck

Well I think that spirit’s message has come through loud and clear with that one don’t you?

So what is the guidance that the spirit world are bringing through for us this week? Firstly I feel they wish to remind us once again that they are aware of what we are all going through, at all times, and especially with so much gloom, doom and despondency throughout our world right now.

But with the guidance they wish to bring to us through the 4 of cups they are reminding us that when going through these periods of feeling down, dejected and fed up or maybe confused, lost and frustrated, we can sometimes easily forget all the good things in our lives that we do have.

As with the image portrayed in the 4 of cups. There are 3 of the cups that are empty, this signifies the thoughts we have when we feel we are or have lost so much, and while we are so focused on those feelings, those empty cups, all the good things, all of the opportunities in our 4th cup are drifting and fading away. The emotions, the feelings, our family and friends, our successes all these things we have and are missing out on because our thoughts are so centred on what we believe we have lost, (the empty cups) rather than on what we do have. I’m reminded of the saying “Is your cup half empty or half full”?

Spirits message is then strengthened with the guidance they bring through the Ace of Wands. The message here is to use our imagination, use the creativity that is within us all, to start looking at ways to refill our empty cups. They want us to open up our minds to doing things in new ways and be open and ready to receive the inspiration that our loved ones from spirit are trying so hard to bring through to us.

This is where the strength card comes in and once again the guidance from spirit was made clear in the opening paragraphs. Spirit are guiding us to dig deep, find that “inner strength” that we all possess, but they wish us to use it wisely, in a gentle way, to calm our worries and anxieties. They remind us to find and use the compassion and kindness that lies within us all.

Whilst they bring us strength and wish us to stay strong in times of adversity, they also wish us to face these times using our “inner strength” to calm our heart and minds, so that we can think and act with clarity rather than anger and rage.

And so to the final card “Cleanse”. I did say earlier before I started to channel this weeks message that it “fitted well”. And I believe it does. The world we are living in today is tough, hard and almost relentless in the challenges that it throws at us. We need to cleanse our body, mind, and spirit of all the negativity that these challenges impose upon us.

The spirit world wish to remind us that they are just as relentless with the love, guidance, help and support they try to bring through to help and support us. But we must play our part too. I will remind you again of the message the cleanse card had:

Your body, mind and soul are urging you to take time out for some much needed cleansing. Just as you wash your car, clean the house, or tidy your office, your body also needs care and attention. It’s time for some spiritual, emotional and physical cleansing!

The Spirit Messages Daily Guidance Oracle Deck

I said at the beginning of this message that I felt drawn to do this reading a day before I had planned. I asked the question “but why? Shall we see if we can find out?”. Well I found out! Because this morning I was feeling tired, a little lost, frustrated and dejected too. Despite my beliefs I too can lose my way at times.

These weekly messages of guidance from the Spirit World apply to me too. This weeks message has given me plenty to look at, to think about and to work on. It has also has given me a gentle reminder of how easily we can fall into the trap of despair, anxiety and anguish.

I hope that you too can take something from, and be open to this weeks message and guidance from the Spirit World.

Please take the strength, love and support from the spirit world that they are sending through for you, and try to remember…..

“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”

Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

I will say it again as I always do, take some time out for yourself! It is allowed“!

Until next time…. please take care and stay safe.

The Law ~ The 12 Karmic Laws

The Law ~ The 12 Karmic Laws

The Law ~ 12 Karmic Laws

THE GREAT LAW

“As you sow, so shall you reap”. This is also known as the “Law of Cause and Effect”.

Whatever we put out in the Universe is what comes back to us. If what we want is Happiness, Peace, Love, Friendship… Then we should BE Happy, Peaceful, Loving and a True Friend.

THE LAW OF CREATION

Life doesn’t just HAPPEN, it requires our participation. We are one with the Universe, both inside and out. Whatever surrounds us gives us clues to our inner state. BE yourself, and surround yourself with what you want to have present in your Life.

THE LAW OF HUMILITY

What you refuse to accept, will continue for you. If what we see is an enemy, or someone with a character trait that we find to be negative, then we ourselves are not focused on a higher level of existence.

THE LAW OF GROWTH

“Wherever you go, there you are”.

For us to GROW in Spirit, it is we who must change – and not the people, places or things around us. The only given we have in our lives is OURSELVES and that is the only factor we have control over. When we change who and what we are within our heart our life follows suit and changes too.

THE LAW OF RESPONSIBILITY

Whenever there is something wrong in my life, there is something wrong in me.
We mirror what surrounds us – and what surrounds us mirrors us; this is a Universal Truth.
We must take responsibility what is in our life.

THE LAW OF CONNECTION

Even if something we do seems inconsequential, it is very important that it gets done as everything in the Universe is connected.

Each step leads to the next step, and so forth and so on. Someone must do the initial work to get a job done. Neither the first step nor the last are of greater significance, as they were both needed to accomplish the task. Past – Present – Future… They are all connected…

THE LAW OF FOCUS (You can not think of two things at the same time.)

When our focus is on Spiritual Values, it is impossible for us to have lower thoughts such as greed or anger.

THE LAW OF GIVING AND HOSPITALITY

If you believe something to be true, then sometime in your life you will be called upon to demonstrate that particular truth. Here is where we put what we CLAIM that we have learned, into actual PRACTICE.

THE LAW OF HERE AND NOW

Looking backward to examine what was, prevents us from being totally in the HERE AND NOW.
Old thoughts, old patterns of behaviour, old dreams… Prevent us from having new ones.

THE LAW OF CHANGE

History repeats itself until we learn the lessons that we need to change our path.

THE LAW OF PATIENCE AND REWARD

All Rewards require initial toil.
Rewards of lasting value require patient and persistent toil.
True joy follows doing what we’re suppose to be doing, and waiting for the reward to come in on it’s own time.

THE LAW OF SIGNIFICANCE AND INSPIRATION

You get back from something whatever YOU have put into it. The true value of something is a direct result of the energy and intent that is put into it. Every personal contribution is also a contribution to the Whole. Lack lustre contributions have no impact on the Whole, nor do they work to diminish it. Loving contributions bring life to, and inspire, the Whole.
