Spiritual Tarot & Guidance 8th ~ 14th February 2021
The cards for this week are: The Sun, The Lovers, The Hanged Man, Justice, The Moon, 4 of Cups
Hello everyone as always I hope this weeks reading finds you safe and well!
In this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading we have 5 Major Arcana cards! Let’s start with some sunshine in these bleak times; The Sun card.
“Once we recognise what it is we are feeling, once we recognise we can feel deeply, love deeply, can feel joy, then we will demand that all parts of our lives produce that kind of joy”.Audre Lorde ~ Writer, Poet & Activist
The Sun card represents the most priceless of human treasures, Success, Peace of Mind and fulfilment. It also represents fun, positivity and success. Why have the Spirit & Angelic realms given us this card to start the reading? Well with all the doom and gloom we are facing I feel they wanted to bring a message of positivity to us, to remind us that things will get better! Although we are all going through challenges at this time they are encouraging us through the sun card to find our own light, our own radiance within us, to let that radiance and warmth reach out into the world and also touch those that we love and care about.
I felt led to approach this weeks reading using a different format to the one I usually use for the weekly Spiritual Tarot & Guidance readings. This week I felt drawn to only one deck of cards and to use clarifying cards as the extra guidance. The clarifier for the Sun card was the card of the Lovers. The lovers card is more often seen to be about love and relationships from a romantic point of view but I feel the message that the Spirit & Angelic realms wish us to concentrate more on, as it was drawn as the clarifier for the Sun card, are the other qualities that the card signifies.
These qualities are open communication, honesty in our communications, personal beliefs and choices. the choice of who we want to share our life with, how we connect to others and what we will and won’t stand for.
Our second card for this weeks reading was The Hanged man and came out in the reversed position. In the upright position he is about hitting the pause button on life, taking a step back, considering our current position in life and letting go of the attachments to results. However the card is reversed! So for some of us that means we are doing the opposite and still clinging to things, beliefs or people we should really be letting go of. We are resisting the changes we need to make either on a physical, mental or emotional level.
The clarifying card for The Hanged Man was the card of Justice. The Justice card is often seen as the “Legal card” the card of Courts, Lawyers, and Legal proceedings. For some this may well be the case especially with the current climate and pressures we are all living with at the moment. With this in mind, please keep in mind that we have already had the Sun card bringing with it its positive energy, peace of mind and fulfilment, also the card of the Lovers making us aware of the need to be open and honest in our communications and careful in the choices that we make.
However this is a Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading supported and guided by the Spirit & Angelic realms and so from a spiritual perspective I feel the message behind this card is more again about the choices we have made, or are considering making. Is the choice we are considering making the best one for us? are we being honest with ourselves and others? Have we considered are own well-being and the well-being of others when considering the choice or choices we are deliberating? Or are we the Hanged Man in reverse still trying to manipulate, hold onto the things, situations or people we should let go of? I often personally see the Justice card as the card of Karma.
“The time is always right to do what is right.”Martin Luther King Jr
Our 3rd card for this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading was The Moon. The moon card represents fear, anxiety, illusions and our subconscious mind. With the appearance of the moon card I feel that the Spirit & Angelic realms again are reminding us of the importance of the choices we make are or are considering making now or in the future. It is very easy to allow our own fears, thoughts, insecurities and anxieties lead us towards making bad choices and decisions. We have already received guidance on this by the card of Justice.
The clarifying card for The Moon was The 4 of Cups. The 4 of Cups represents a time of re-evaluation of contemplation and meditation. Clarifying and guarding us against the possibilities of falling into the trap that the Moon card has already warned us of. The message here from the Spirit and Angelic realms is also to not fall into the traps of Apathy. As you can see from the image of the 4 of cups the young lady has 3 empty cups and one full one. However she’s only really feeling and thinking about the empty ones and discarding any thoughts of positivity or gratitude for what she does already have and possesses.
The 4 of Cups can appear in a reading when we are bored and have lost our Zest for life, when we feel unmotivated and have lost interest in everyday life. Through this card the Spirit and Angelic realms are guiding us against our own thoughts and insecurities that the Moon Card speaks to us of. They are guiding us to not let the feelings of Apathy and Boredom overtake us, but to remember all that we do have, to look to the future and all the possibilities that it brings with it. The opportunities that could once again fill all of our empty cups and bring us the rewards the Sun card speaks of. Success, Peace of Mind and fulfilment .
I hope that this weeks Spiritual Tarot & Guidance reading has helped and given you support in some way. The messages from the Spiritual & Angelic realms are always bought to you on an energy of love, compassion and understanding.
I will say it again as I always do, “take some time out for yourself, It is allowed !”
Until next time…. please take care and stay safe.
